This is a superb bit of kit for any serious kitchen hand. It is a bit on the heavy side and the fairer sex may have to use two hands for safety sake. Appart from that it meets every criteria one could think of. It is a great deep frying pan as well as a superb wide saucepan where evaporating sauces is important. It does exactly what a saute pan should do, buy this and you cannot go wrong. After the show it is easy to clean and looks a million bucks.
