If you cook, If you like food. This is the pan for you. Mauviel make the best copper pans in the world. The cost is easily justified, they are almost indistructable. Just wash them by hand, polish them with the correct polish and they will last a lifetime, and I mean your lifetime, I have one that is 50years old and is as good as the modern one I have just bought!

All the top chefs in the world use copper for the heat conducting properties, they heat up really quickly. Mauviel make the best!!!!

They also look great in any kitchen. Once you have copper you wont wnat anything else.
