Providing a non-stick option which is ideal for use with induction hobs, this Hard Anodised range from Beka's White Heat Collection by Marco Pierre White offers a contemporary design with practical benefits.

Featuring a conical-shaped design with a soft-touch silicone handle insert that provides a comfortable and secure grip (even with wet hands), the range can be used both on the hob and in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 220c.

Engineered with the growing popularity of induction cooking in mind, this range is suitable for all hob types so, in order to make it suitable for use on induction hobs, a magnetic stainless steel plate has been impact bonded onto the exterior of the base. In addition, the range features heat-toughened glass lids for quick and easy monitoring on the hob.

The beauty of the silicone insert in the handles is that you have a really good grip (even if your hands are wet). It also keeps the handles cooler enabling you to transfer the pan from one place to another safely, and can be placed in the oven up to 220c. Marco wanted to develop this handle and knob because they are perfect not only for the domestic kitchen, but also for his busy restaurants where the demand for control and durability is greater than the need for aesthetics.

All the Marco Pierre White - White Heat Collection ranges by Beka feature internal capacity markings so there is no need to pour the appropriate liquid measure into a separate measuring jug first. Just pour it straight into the pan!

easy to use everyday pan.
I looked ages for a non-stick saute pan which was 28 cm and suitable for induction. made a decision and bought this one. Iam using the pan now for about 6 months, every day.... It is fantastic!! It is light (a lot of induction pans are very heavy to handle!!) its it very non-stick (little fat to use) and large..... I use it for steak, chicken with sauce, skate, and my favourite risotto... the only thing is that when U heat the pan dry it tend to come up in the middle.. so always use a bit of oil to start off... but otherwise brilliant.. I am now buying another smaller one...

How did I manage without this pan?
Have only just purchased this pan but am convinced it will become my favourite kitchen utensil. Really non-stick and fantastic with induction hob. Only slight gripe is the weight, but then that's quality for you and the extra handle makes it easier to lift.

Fabulous multi tasking pan
Super pan, does everything it says and more. There really isn't much that can't be cooked in this pan, and the non stick easy clean surface is second to none.
