Have to say that amazon were really quick to deliver the item and the item itself was excellent.
No response from customer service
I bought this item and was initially very happy. It arrived very quickly and was easy to use. Within 2 weeks a discolouration started to develop which concerned me and I got in touch with Dexam. I sent on some images of the discolouration but I haven't had any response other than the initial acknowledgment of my email. I have chased customer service to no update. It's disappointing as this was supposed to be a "lifetime" purchase - but without knowing what the discolouration is (it looks like rust) I am not keen to use it!
