Essential for non-stick woks!
I do a lot of stir-frying in my non-stick wok, and I've been looking for ages for something suitable for stirring and turning without damaging the wok. I've tried using a silicone spatula but it's not rigid enough when the wok is full, and normal cooking spoons are just not big enough. When the wok is full and too heavy to toss, you need something to keep the ingredients moving to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
This turned out to be the perfect tool for the job. It's large enough to stir ingredients in a large and nearly full wok. It's rigid enough to turn over large amounts of food without bending/snapping. As it's silicone it's extremely heatproof but very friendly to all pans including non-stick. It's easy to clean and dishwasher proof too, and looks pretty stylish.
If you're a traditionalist and use a carbon steel wok, you could try the Brabantia Profile Line Stainless Steel Chinese Wok Turner which is the all-metal equivalent product from Brabantia. If like me you've got a non-stick pan, this is perfect.

easy to clean also
Much better than wooden or plastic spatulas
The top half of the blade of this spatula is flexible, wich makes turning food in a curved non-stick wok much easier than using wooden or plastic alternatives. Highly recommended
