Good bike, Good price
I was looking for a new 12" bike for my 3 yr old daughter - I was a bit picky as I felt it should have two brakes and my daughter said it had to have a dolly seat!

I had ordered one from a certain national chain (thant sells bike & car accessories) but after waiting 3 days when I came to pick it up the saddle was covered in a sticky residue. When this was removed before leaving the shop it took the paint off the seat! For less money this bike seemed equally to fit the bill.

It arrived in time and required only a bit of basic assembly - I was a bit cautious as I've previously ordered a child's bike that needed complete assembly (brakes and all) but this was a doddle - took about 20 min in total. Comes with own spanner and screwdrive so no other tools are required!

A good point is the fact that the saddle can be at its minimum height and the dolly seat still fits on the back. The 'Stephanie' part of it is limited to a picture on the dolly seat and the name on the main frame padding, so certainly not intrusive. In actual fact my daughter now calls it her flower bike.

Couldn't find fault with the service or the bike.
