    NOT ENTIRLY HAPPY2
    I ORDERED THE BIKE IN THE REVIEW BUT WAS SUPPLIED A SUBSRITUTE. NOT AT FIRST APPARENT OR MADE CLEAR WHEN ORDERING OR UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT. THE IDEAR WAS OBTAIN A BIKE THE SAME AS MY CHILDS FRIEND BUT ALTHOUGH IT IS OF THE SAME LINE THE BIKE IS NOT THE ONE IN THE PICTURE AS ADDVERTISED SO ON THE BIRTHDAY IT LEFT A LITTLE DISAPOINTMENT IN MY CHILDS EYES. MINOR FAULT ONE COULD SAY BUT TO A FIVE YEAR OLD WANTING TO BE THE SAME AS THEIR BEST FRIEND IT BECOMES A BIG DEAL.

    I EMILED THE COSTOMER SERVICE AT AMAZON TO POINT OUT THAT THE BIKE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE TASSALS ON THE HANDLE BARS BUT TO THIS DAY STILL HAVE HAD NO REPLY SO MUCH FOR COSTOMER SUPPORT!

    I CANT SAY IM HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE AS ALTHOUGH A SUBSTITUTE IT LACKS THE FINISHING TOUCHES THAT A LITTLE GIRL WANTS AND A FATHER EXSPECTS TO ARRIVE WHEN HES ORDERED AND PAID FOR IT!

    AS FOR THE BIKE THAT TURNED UP IT WORKS AND HAD NO SCRACHES.

    The Bike arrived 5 days after ordering. It is a great bike , my daughter loves it as she is a big fan of Disney princesses. The best part is the father daughter bonding when building the bike. Bike itself is strong but make sure to check the nuts after the first couple of outings . The colour scheme is very good and the bike itself is very attractive. She seems to be making more friends every day when other kids in the park come to admire her bike. My daughter who is 5 years and 7 months old and is quiet tall will be able to ride it until at least next 3 years as the seat and handle bars can be adjusted according. The seat is soft and comfortable unlike some bikes which have hard seats .I also ordered a disney basket , and the daughter has a couple more dolls sitting in there and it is colour coordinated.
