I am stunned by the number of positive reviews about this phone?! I can only assume they are fake or this page is very carefully vetted. This phone is AWFUL! A truly terrible lump of a device that has no right existing.

Myself and anyone I know who has one has regretted being lumbered with it from day one. The KS360 is painfully slow to turn on, has a flimsy back panel that keeps falling off and the keyboard is about as responsive as a particularly stupid breeze-block.

These are just issues across the board. I have also had problems such as:- The phone shuts down unless you slide the keyboard back as slowly and gently as you are able, the phone just deciding when it pleases that it wants to come on/turn off and after a very short time of owning this phone the screen just went black whilst sitting on the table and was never to be seen again!

I urge you, for the sake of your wallet, hair (which WILL be torn out during the course of ownership) and your very sanity, do not buy the Pandora's Box of criminally shoddy awfulness that is the LG KS360.

Not so great
I got this less than two months ago and have had many problems with it. It turns off all the time which is sooooo annoying. Mainly if you slide the keyboard in too fast. The back is also really flimsy and the screen is easily scratched. Overall this is a rubbish phone and the only good thing it is for is for texting :) happy buying :)

Worthless!
If i could give this phone no points - trust me i would! I got this phone for my 21st birthday last April, within a month the phone was randomly switching itself off, especially on closing the keyboard too fast.

Aswell as this, the phone was exceptionally slow with the keyboard having a mind of its own (especially during longer texts). Making calls is like my worst nightmare come true! The receiver can hear the person making the call on the mobile, but the user aka me cannot hear the receiver for quite which can range anything from 5 seconds to 40 seconds (and i give up and cancel the call).

It also is really slow deleting texts, and the battery life is not very good for people constantly on the go.

Just today the screen has decided to blank out. It is fine untill taking out the keyboard (which is needed for texting) so its a case of texting and closing the screen to make sure the texts how you wanted it to be - more hassle than its worth? Definatly! Not worth a penny - let alone what i paid for it.

N.B. The people I have known to have this phone have had the same issues and have bought a new phone within a few months of having it.
