Excellent!
I've always struggled keeping joints of meat away from the base of the roasting tin balancing them on a trivet of vegetables which is tricky when the veg start to cook in the oven and collapse under the meat! But this handy rack solved this problem perfectly. It holds a large joint of meat securely up from the base of the roasting tin, keeping it moist and letting the juices drip down ready for making your gravey.
Excellent value and quality, highly recommend.

Roasting Rack
Replacement Rack bought because original one had started to loose some of it's powder coating. This one seems to have a thicker coating. As with all le Creuset items it's not cheap but the quality is excellent.
