Although it doesn't have a non-stick coating, Mermaid is 'easy-release' and, if something does get stuck-on, a quick soak sorts it out. Avoid putting Mermaid in the dishwasher as it can discolour the anodised surface.

Mermaid 14.5" Roasting Dish
Very good solid dish, which stood up brilliantly to its first Christmas Turkey! Surprisingly easy to clean afterwards. Would recommend.
