The Ups and Downs of gardening
The Gardman Hilo is an excellent product for the gardener with hanging baskets. Allowing the basket to drop to a more manageble level it provides access to hanging baskets without the need for stools or ladders or the use of hose extensions which although they will reach the plants often give the gardener as much of a watering as the plants get.
