DD122FW-MK3 dehumidifier
Absolutely fantastic! Can't praise this enough. Needed something to keep my garage dry in the winter as I use a computer in there, and this is just what I was looking for. Can be used down to -1. Very solid and well made. Lots of options on the controls. Excellent.

Quiet and quick
I previously owned a different make compressor type dehumidifier. It was too noisy (even though it was advertised as very quiet) and so i returned it.

I bought this one instead and it is very quiet in low fan mode. Bit noisier on the higher setting but then you can put it on timer for a couple of hours on the high one when you are out and low when you are in. Doubt you could get quieter than this one.

It works quick. I have a humidity/thermometer gadget at home and it seems to take the humidity in the air down very quickly indeed. Uses more energy than compressor/fridge type dehumidifiers but then it works quicker so you dont need it on so much so balances out i think.

I would recommend this if quiet is important for you. Other ones seem v noisy.

Better than expected
This dehumidifier is excellent and really dries the house very quickly. I had an old compressor dehumidifier which was no where as good as this one. Using it for 2-8hrs a day filled the tank up quickly and getting rid of damp and condensation super fast. Dries a single room in about 2 hrs. I now have it centrally located in the house which helps the house to warm up quicker as the air is heated as it dries.
