I ordered this item yesterday afternoon and it was delivered the next morning by Warehouse 24, which was excellent given the current heat wave we seem to in. The product is very good, with 3 different controls: Cooling, Dehumidify and Fan each with 3 different speeds, low, med and high. It also has a timer and an alarm if the water tray is too full. Very east to set up, the vent just goes out of the window. Quite heavy though, not so portable if you want it downstairs in the day and upstairs at night. Comes on wheels so very easy to move around if you just want it on one floor.
