No matter where you are this compact, robust unit with high quality 7-inch TFT monitor and internal (2.5 hour) battery enables you to watch TV. The Nextbase TVM57 is a well built, super slim, portable 7 inch LCD TV with a digital TV receiver and an analogue TV receiver built in. By having both analogue and digital TV tuners if you are not in a digital signal area you always have the analogue system as backup. This new system comes with a high powered DVBT aerial, which when combined with the TVM57 unit provides the very best TV signal possible in the UK as well as most of Europe. The package includes a 12V car power supply and a mains power supply. This new generation of portable LCD has a great quality, crystal clear screen with a high resolution of 480 x 234 x RGB pixels and features integrated stereo speakers. There is also a headphone socket located on the side of the TV that is compatible with all standard 3.5mm earphones (1 set supplied). The rear of the unit has an integral picture frame style stand for standing the TV on any flat surface. Topping off the TVM57 there is also audio / video input so that you can use the screen as a monitor for games consoles, our games pad or video cameras etc. As with all Nextbase products you are getting superbly built product that have a full 2 year manufacturers warranty.

    Great Product4
    I was very pleased when my Nextbase TVM57 - 7" portable tv arrived.I was not sure if the supplied active antenna would be able to pickup all the freeview channels in my area.But it did,and the quality was excellent.Sound is ia bit tinny, but if you use the supplied ear phones or maybe your own active speakers the sound is perfect.

    I wondered if we would be able to get a signal and was surprised at how good it was. Superb quality does the job really well.

    Couldn't get any signal.

    I'm not in a good reception area and normally require an outside aeriel to receive an analogue signal but hoped that with the digital tuner and the comments of other users that it might work. Howvere, nothing whatsoever, not even a weak signal.

    Also, the aerial is quite a chunky plug in antenna, you certainly couldn't use this on the go.
