Great hand mixer
Very pleased with my purchase, it looks and feels good and works a treat, easy to store with cable rewind and plug clips into utensil holes;

Great mixer - great slow speed
I totally agree with the above comment - and it's so practical to be able to wind the cord away. Handle is fine, non slip. I would add though that the 5 speeds are great - the fastest really whisks away and is wonderful for beating egg white (with baloon whisk attachment). An unexpected boon is the slowest speed, where it's possible to mix ingredients very gently. In fact, relatively speaking, speed 2 is too fast - not enough difference really between 2-3-4. Understandably it has a great motor, so obviously it is quite heavy. I still give it 5 stars though - and the red is a beautiful colour too.

An essential cooking tool.
This is a beautifully designed and ruggedly constructed hand mixer. Ergonomically designed, your hands or arms don't tire when you use it. Really thoughtfully designed, the plug is stored in the unit so it doesn't hang loose when you store the mixer. The mixer itself takes up very little storage space. And it works like a dream, making perfect whipped egg whites in minutes. I should mention that the instructions are detailed and clearly written, and they include very useful tips on how to cook. I know that this will sound a bit strange, but the cooking instructions were actually well-written, entertaining, and useful.
