Inept, poor, stunningly annoying1
The ink maybe fine- it's hard to judge. The printer checks a chip on the cartridge during installation. I put in black & colour at the same time. The instructions give you methods of button pushing to overcome the chip check problem, but the printer fights back every time you switch on. It's just not worth the hassle. HP security is too good. Buy originals!!
