1 star ~ you're having a laugh!
How on earth anyone could give this product 1 star is beyond me. Perhaps they thought it was a fully automated solution that would cut, hold and juice their fruit without them having to lift a finger! Well, all I can suggest is they re-read the product description before making their next purchase because this is a juicer that does exactly what it says it will, and very efficiently too.

Build quality is superb with first class materials used throughout. The design allows easy cleaning with the minimum of fuss ~ a quick rinse under the tap and you're done. Any Kenwood Chef has ample power to drive this simple unit so oranges, grapefruits etc. can be juiced in seconds. I don't see how this ultra simple product could be improved on ~ I wouldn't hesitate for a second to fully recommend it.

Kenwood chef juicer attachment
This is one of the most useful attachments for my Kenwood Chef.

We like to drink freshly squeezed orange juice and it is possible to produce a litre of juice in around 5 minutes (including fruit preparation) using this attachment.

The quantity of juice extracted from each orange does depend on the orange itself and how fresh it is. The fruit is also best squeezed when it is at room temperature. I use a large chopping board and juice batches of around 10 oranges at a time and doubt I could extract any more juice from the fruit by any other means. I also use mine to juice lemons, which it excels at.

The juicer attachment is easy to clean; I usually pop mine in the dishwasher. It is a very simple item and, if you like drinking orange juice, an invaluable addition to the kitchen. A great labour saving item.

Disappointing performance
I love my Kenwood and all its attachments. I therefore expected this to be brill. It wasn't. I juiced some oranges for my toddler this am. I did some using a hand juicer and some using the kenwood citrus attachment. I expected the Kenwood to be easier to use and to get more juice. It failed on both counts.

On a positive note, the jug is great for pouring and both the jug and the attachments are very easy to clean. It also looks nice!

I'd suggest saving your money and either getting a hand juicer - or even a cheap manual citrus juicer.
