Product Description

"To build a house," the third pig said,

"I know the thing to choose.

Not straw or sticks, but solid bricks.

Yes, they're the things to use."

It's the three little pigs, but not as you know it! Parents and children alike will love this charming retelling of the classic fairy tale with lots of creative lift-the-flap surprises.

Also in this series: Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood and Jack and the Beanstalk.

Customer Reviews

The Three Little Pigs with no gory bits5
My rather sensitive two year old toddler loves this version of the classic fairy tale - the good news is that no-one gets eaten and the big bad wolf ends up in the soup cauldron! The three little pigs live happily ever after! Lovely bright colours, fun lift the flaps and nice rhymes. Very enjoyable.

The Three Little Pigs5
I read this version of the story to a class of year 2 children (aged 6-7 years) and they were enthralled! The rhyming text is brilliant and the flaps add so much to the story. A great book.

Excellent resource5
As a Teaching Assistant I found this book to be a great resource for the Year One child who I work with. The book allowed this child to interact with the story by lifting the flaps and revealing the hidden pictures. Encouraged language and imagination. Would recomend this book for any story time.
