Nice phone, but I got a bad one...4
I recently got one of these on contract from orange, it was free on the £15/month dolphin one so I can't really complain. It's a nice looking phone, it's a good size and feels nice in your hand thanks to the good weight and soft touch plastics. The screen is a fingerprint magnet, but that's only to be expected. The touchscreen is a nice touch (no pun intended) and the slide out keyboard is good - even if it does take a day or so to learn the shortcuts for all the punctuation. The only problem I have with this phone is that every now and then if you open the keyboard without 'waking up' the phone using the front buttons, it'll just turn off. That and the battery life leaves a bit to be desired, but I expected it to be honest - it's got a big screen and plenty of features, but the battery is of the size that you'd expect to find in a small candybar. I'm going to take it back to the orange shop tomorrow and get them to swap it for another one, and hopefully it should be alright - half of the reviews I've read say it's a great phone and unbreakable, the other half mention this strange turning off problem. I'd say give it a chance and go for it, you will probably get one that's absolutely fine. Also, a lot of the reviews say that this is targeted at the younger teenager who's texting all the time (well, half of them are written by the younger teenager... you can tell by the 'txt spk'), but I'm 20 and it seems like a perfectly good, functional phone with a touch of class and elegance (okay, maybe not the pink one) - not to mention that nifty keyboard which is great for rattling out texts.

after having this for 3 days i regretted buying it. the screen goes fuzzy everytime i press a button. every few days it says "network rejected" and wont even turn off without removing the battery. Also, IT IS NOT TOUCH SCREEN! the touch screen technology can only be used to dial numbers, NOTHING ELSE!

    it looks ugly and brick-like

    it doesnt work properly

    its falsly advertised

    DO NOT BUY!!!

    Dismal2
Here I purchased a new mobile phone that had a fair description although it did leave out key points that if included would have swayed the decision against the product. The touch screen is not a full function screen its only used for dialing out and that's it. Of course I didnt mortgage my house for it but it's not the point really. when buying we want to know exactly what it is and will or will not do. The Amazon experience however is always good and in my opinion cant get any better.
