The DMC-FS6 hosts a 2.5-inch 230,000 dot high resolution LCD. It features the Intelligent LCD function, which increases the backlight brightness in 11 steps according to the ambient light intensity. At the highest of these 11 steps, the LCD backlight becomes approx. 1.4 times brighter than normal. This makes both shooting and viewing photos easier and more convenient.

Mini-Marvel FS6
Just got this camera, to replace a bulkier one that went faulty on me. The FS6 is magic - Just press the 'Intelligent' button and then you can forget settings. Point it at a shot and half-press the shutter - it identifies a face and focusses, decides on flash or not - and bingo - you have an excellent shot. I put a 4Mb chip in it and so on holiday it could (if necessary)take well over 2000 pictures of high quality, and the battery lasted all week on 150 shots - still hasn't run down. Other features are easy to use - flash on/off, auto timer, movie-mode, zoom etc. I love it and would recommend it.

A great digital camera
The Panasonic Lumix range are excellent cameras and this one is great value for money, taking better pictures than most mid-priced cameras. Thoroughly recommend it.
