I bought this product on the strength of a glowing report on this site..... which now appears to be missing. One thing that the writer failed to mention was the incredible difficulty of removing the back cover in order to insert the battery and SIM. I thought it was me, in spite of using rubber gloves to reduce slipping. I searched online until I found a site which tests mobile phones and gives unbiased reporting. Lo and behold, the first complaint was the inability by professionals to remove the back cover. Even they checked the manual assuming perhaps they had done something wrong....... and in their own words it took over 10 minutes and chipped fingernails before it would give way. They put this down to shoddy workmanship. It's an attractive phone with a lovely clear keypad........and an impressive sliding mechanism. But I can say nothing more until I finally manage to remove the back.
