GREAT BUY
We originally bought this tv as a second for our bedrom. A little luxurious I know! I tried it out in our living room replacing our large Samsung CRT that we are also looking to up grade. The picture quality was stunning from sky +, and from the xbox 360 all in standard scart connections and not a gold plated connection in site. The sound on the tv has two main settings - normal and surround sound. The Surround sound is by no means a full home system but definately does the job if you are just interested in good meaty sound with your tv.

The connectivity was easy, and it looks good to boot. We have a very dusty house especially with two kids, but as yet we have not attracted much dust to the set.

There are two negatives I can think of so far:
a. The stand makes the TV a little wobbly on our TV cabinet. With two little pairs of hands trying to touch their favourite TV characters I am worried about it falling backwards into the wall.
b. When the TV has been on for a while there is quite a loud fan that comes on that can detract from viewing if the TV is on a low sound.

All in all and for the price we paid for a TV this size we cannot complain at all.

Good TV but MAJOR problems
After having this TV for 8 months , with no problems --- All good and a good all round TV .
I encountered a small problem , the monitor will not intialise. All that happens is that the standby light will go green , flash red three times and turn off ..... Theoreticly a great TV ... shame about the construction quality
