Customer Reviews

Philips Phones4
It was really easy to set the handsets up. They are also easy to use. What's not to like about them? All good so far!

Phillips cordless phone SE654
Having had a Panasonic quad answer phone which worked well, but had two major problems. Firstly when there is a power cut, and where I live they are frequent, and the power comes on, one has to reset the time. Secondly, each phone has its own memorey for numbers which is not shared. So the joy of getting the Philips, which does not loose the time when there is a power cut, and has a shared memorey, so when you store a number in one phone it automatically is available on all. The display is rather small, but is clear. When on the base the phone displays the time in larger numerals, which makes it easy to see.

Very disappointing & being returned1
These phones look good in the pictures, but are not as high quality on closer inspection. More importantly, on at least two of the handsets there was a horrible metallic-type of feedback when speaking that made conversations almost painful. Also buttons always not as responsive as they should be, sometimes requiring a double press. All in all, very disappointing and they are being returned and will be replaced with something other than Philips.
