Well worth the money!
I have 2 shallow caseroles (this one and a 24cm) and a 28cm stockpot. They have been used almost on a daily basis for the last 5 years and they are absolutely excellent.
Their are no 'hotspots', perfectly even heat distribution on the hob, or in the oven. The large stockpot is perfect for pot - roasting meats with vegetables, as well as huge amounts of stock (surprise...given the name hey!!) and soup! The shallow ones I use for making curry, stews. caseroles and risottos. I use them also for slow roasting chicken portions or chops with roast potatoes. They clean perfectly, mine go in the dishwasher with no problem at all.
It seems like a lot of money for just one pan, but after 5 years, and still going strong mine don't owe me a penny!
