A good quality product that satisfies the purpose. It is quick to boil and has a good water capacity followed by a good pouring spout. Though it can be quite hard to fill due to its substantial size, and a slow process if you use a jug. The drip tray doesn't fix securely and can be easily knocked off, sometimes it falls off as you pick up the urn.
