Shame the delivery is as expensive as the chair. Works fine. Could do with more padding on the seat. Looks good and fell good in general. I use it without the arm rest but remember that they were not comfortable and a bit woobly. It tilts , which is good. The fault leather looks good a feel good. Good for price. I which it had a headrest
