    You can really see the difference!!5
    I have just bought this machine after recently purchasing one of vax's bagless vacuums, which I was more than pleased with.

    I now wanted a small carpet washer and browsed around the net and come across this machine and thought, this is exactly what I need! It is small, lightweight and very effective! I used it in my car interior and was amazed at what it got out of the carpet and seats!!!

    I vacuumed the interior firstly as recommended by vax and then went on to use the machine. I could not believe how dirty my car interior really was! No joke, the dirty water container was almost black and full of sludge! I left my car interior a few hours to dry and on return could not believe how fresh it smelt! My car is quite a few years old and I never really expected to see such a big difference, but honestly, it really did smell like the new car smell you get in a car showroom!

    I have now used it on my stairs, sofa, door mats and on parts of my carpets around my home - excellent! It is so small and always available when you need it, and it is also easy to set up in a matter of a couple minutes!

    The only problem now is I want one of the big vax washers for my larger carpet areas in my home!

    Excellent cleaner5
    Used this for the first time today and it's very good. The dirt that came out of my carpets was amazing. Got stains out that I hadn't previously been able to remove. Excellent, very easy to use. Highly recommended.

    Good but not perfect3
    ON THE PLUS SIDE

    1) I agree with the other reviewers that the cleaner cleans car upholstery thoroughly but it is not surprising that the water is filthy as most car seats get that way after a year or so and any reasonable wet cleaner will extract lots of muck.

    2) I do like the excellent suction which gets most of the water out of the upholstery so that it air dries fairly quickly.

    ON THE MINUS SIDE

    1)The cleaning solution squirts in a fan shape on to the brush on the cleaning tool but unfortunately the jet is wider than the brush so that at the edge of seats the solution sprays where you don't want it. I found this to be very annoying as my car got pretty wet in the wrong places.

    2)As mentioned by others the dirty water container is too small and I also found the hose to be a bit short.

    I have only given the item three stars because at the price charged the above faults should not be present.
