The pot handle is made from high quality strong plastic and can easily be assembled to the base of the pressure cooker. Turn the base of the pan upside down and you should see a screw, simply unscrew and pull the handle away from the base. Once the handle has been removed you can then place the new handle onto the pan. The new handle will include a small square washer which should be placed behind the new handle and aligned with the marking on the pressure cooker base. Once aligned you can simply screw the handle on. WMF offers a 10 years' delivery guarantee on this spare part for the 22cm Perfect Plus pressure cooker.

    WMF Pressure Cooker is Great5
    This is my first pressure cooker but I bought WMF because they always seem to have very good quality. No change here. Its a very solid pan and good for cooking curries, stews; I'm sure there's more but I'm still learning. Easy to clean and use. Definitely recommended.
