This is the best machine I've owned for the money
I actually got this machine thru points and a 65 excess from LeClerc in Lucca....I've owned several machines (Gaggia, Krups, etc) and nothing compares to the quality of the coffee and ease of use that this machine has.

For the money....were I to be offered a gaggia again I'd still have this over any.
Easy to use - easy to clean - easy to keep with fresh water and cheap to run.

Basically thats it !

Well, after 8 months it just burnt out. Unfortunately i cant find the receipt to go for the warrantee; so i guess just bad luck.
At the moment i am indecisive in what to buy but for sure i am not buying this again!

Impressed! But could be better.
I bought this machine a few months ago and I must say that I am impressed. I am from Naples, and I am used to the coffee from the coffee places (we called them Bar) and I wanted to get a similar result. Of course it would be a lie if I said that this machine produces the same coffee as the one from the bar, but its still very good.
I only use Illy ground coffee because I think its the best one (I tried other brands as well with bad results).

Pros: Good coffee, not expensive, easy to use especially with the capsules.
Cons: The capsules are impossible to find!Plus you can only use the Bialletti's capsules, and they are good but you can only buy the mixed bag which contains 3 kinds of coffee (including the decaf that I don't use, so if you don't like that you will end up throwing capsules away). And they are not very cheap as well. The machine is almost entirely made of plastic, so you can easily break it, I have heard of a couple of people who broke the top part trying to attach the filter holder to the machine. The main problem is that you don't have anywhere to grip while locking the filter, so be careful with that.

Overall I am satisfied with this machine and I would recommend it.
