Acceptable present
Not recommended for four year olds but that is who I bought one for and my granddaughter loves it. One criticism. The possibilities for adjusting handlebar height are limited. She could have it low or chopper height but nothing in between.

Scooter
I bought this for a birthday present for my daughter. Just wrapped it up and when she opened it and I put batteries inn and pressed the switch guess what it did not work. I would of returned it but I could not as my little girl did not understand and she wanted to play with it asap not a week later as this was her main present. I was dissappointed with this product as it did not work. I was the unlucky one as always!!

Oink Flashing Storm Scooter
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. She loves the pink flashing lights - very girly! It's also great to use for school as she can scoot there and then I fold it up and carry it home. It is very light to carry. An excellent purchase and I was really pleased with the price too.
