Customer Reviews
Doesn't last long
This product is good at first...but after about 3 days work...
The elastic stretches to far and the resistance weakens to an extent where it is rendered unusable.
What do you expect for a tenner??
Terrible
Honestly, I found it extremely uncomfortable and didn't find that it worked my muscles enough. If I was you I'd just spend a little more and get yourself some adjustable dumbbells - they are so much more versatile.
Chest Expander?? - False Advertising
I think you'll find the movements available with this device work your upper back, and deltoid muscles.
Think about the range of motion, and effort involved in benchpressing, or chest flye weights exercises, they are pretty much the opposite of the motions possible with this thing.
It's a decent workout for your upper back and shoulders, but it won't do anything for your chest. Sorry folks, start benchpressing or something.
