Mini it is!
There is no point buying this step if you have stairs in your house as they will do the job better than this. Good only I guess if you live in a flat and have little space for equipment, but if you are serious about step / exercise do not buy this - you will be disappointed!

Mini in all sense of the word - small step base and very mini step inclines. At its maximum it is very low (picture is deceptive)and I would say lower than 99% of people's stairs. I returned this item and went for the original step by the well known sports brand and so pleased I did. Able to use it for tricep dips, box press ups as well as stepping. It may be bigger to store but at least it will be well used and not collecting dust like this one would be.

Bought this mini step to use with My fitness coach WII game.the adjustable height is perfect.it is compact.glad i bought it.my kids love it too..
