If you already have some M.C. publications in your cookbook collection, it might be worth noting that `Marie Claire Kitchen' incorporates recipes that have previously appeared in `Food and Drink', `Fresh' and `Zest'.

A weighty tome, this is one of the large format MC books (there is also a 'Chunky' range) and remains my favourite, mainly because the pages stay open where you want them to!
