Property Magic: How to Buy Property Using Other People's Time, Money and Experience
This book makes buying property seem very straightforward, and total finacial sense. It's full of practical advice and gave me the enthusiasm and the knowledge to go and buy property.
I have recommended it to my 4 children. After reading the intro my 12 year old has asked for his own copy. (Which he will be paying for).
Hopefully it will not be too long before this book has helped me to increase my portfolio and helped to get each of my kids onto the property ladder.

PROPERTY MAGIC: How to Buy Property Using Other People's Time, Money & Experience
I am just about to purchase this book. But having just spent 12 months on Simon Zutshi's Property Mastermind course and building a Property Portfolio from £133,000 to over £2 MILLION with a positive monthly cash flow and a salary of over £50k pa. If his book is only 50% as good as his course then I would recommend it to EVERYONE SERIOUS about building a property portfolio.
I can't wait to read this book and pick up the bits I may have missed along the way!!!!
