The Guv'nor rules here ladies!!!5
What a supurb series of daily life in a pub. Im in Australia and work in a pub. This series is so true of the people that frequent pubs day in day out its hilarious. The guv is brilliant. Each cast member plays a role as if
its someone you know at your local pub.Al Murray is a dead set genius.Only complaint is why are all of us fans waiting for series 1 the second half. And series 2??? Ive been waiting 18months at least to complete my dvd collection.A minor peave is that the "aussie" Janets accent 'ISNT BLOODY TRUE BLUE OZ LUV" shes sounds like a kiwi. But she does a great job and her punchlines make the show as good as it is. 5 stars .watch the daily pubgrub menus on the blackboard each episode and you gotta love his poor dog Garry..The pub landlord rules..

Hopefully the First of many4
I watched this series when it first came out on Sky one and i thought it was brilliant, and i still do. Ive seen probably every episode of the three seasons that they made. I bought this DVD hoping it would be the first season, but it is only part one :(. I would love to buy the others if they are out, if not i will have to wait. The series is as good now as it was then. If your a fan of the Al Murry you will love this series. Imagine squeezing all of his stand-ups into half an hour slots and thrust into different situations and uve got time gentlemen please. The first few episodes are a bit repetitive but as the series gets on they deleve more and more into the characters. A must buy for any one!

Beware only 6 episodes3
I love "Time Gentlemen Please" and after watching them again on Paramount I decided to buy the DVD, as I said in the title this is only the first 6 episodes out of 18. Where can you get the next 12 is what I'd like to know? I only gave 3 stars because 6 eps. is not value for money.
