This book is easy to follow with nice photographs. If you follow the receipe to the letter your muffins turn out just like the book.

Yummy muffins
This recipe book for Muffins is for the more adventurous and uses a lot more ingredients than Muffins, Fast & Fantastic. Though that is not a bad point as there are some scrumptious ideas. I have not made a bad Muffin yet.
