The buns, the muffins and the world of biscuits
This book is absolutely fantastic.
If I want to start baking and am unsure what to do or just have half an hour to spare for reading this is my favourite book at the moment. All recipies are concise and easy to follow. The ingredients measure up correctly and the sheer amount of choice sometimes leaves me staring at the pages wondering where to start.

Compared to the previous edition with a few less recipies this one has less pictures of the baking progress, but everything important is still in there. The text size and layout are helpful and clear and nearly every recipie has a picture to show what you are aiming for.

My absolute favourite so far are the Madaleinas, which I use a standard bun tin (with a few min of the baking time) for.
The next experiment shall be the millionaires slices on the cover and I can't wait to see the results.

Best baking book ever!
I recently brought this book and is without doubt the best book for baking i've ever come across. Each page filled with amazing recipes, with great pictures and tips. This is certainly worth purchasing if your intrested in baking or have kids, recipes are for all ages and to suite all tastes, just FANTASTIC!

Just what I wanted- a book with recipes suitable for school fair tray bakes. Easy to follow recipes and a wide assortment. You can just open your store cupboard and go!
