As a sales trainer I wondered what on earth the content of this book would be but I was pleased to find that it not only cuts through the BS that many other sales books purport, it hits home on sooooo many levels. Real world advice, tips and common sense. Common sense is sometimes overlooked or replaced by technique but this has both. I really hope Sydney comes and speaks in the UK as I will be there listening to her. I suggest you buy it...NOW! Thanks again Sydney (and Dan) for this very valuable addition to my collection.
