The book will be packaged by Sandra Choron, who worked as "Springsteen's" art director for almost two decades and has been an unofficial archivist of his photographic images. Authorised by "Springsteen", the book will include artefacts and tour memorabilia as well as an illustrated timeline outlining the career and performances. All in all, it's an access-all-areas celebration of one of the greatest live performers of all time.

Marsh Does It Again5
Long time Springsteen biographer and fan Dave Marsh has produced yet another excellent book focusing on the Boss as a live performer, the one area where Springsteen excels above all other. Covering every tour from the early days of the Castilles and Steel Mill to the Rising Tour the book examines each and every major concert within each tour focusing on set changes, behind the scenes anecdotes and including a wealth of concert photos and memorabilia. In any other hands this could be a very dry read but Dave Marsh brings his usual easy style to the fore and creates a great read which can frequently be dipped into. It's particularly useful for those of us that collect unofficial springsteen concert recordings! A superb addition to the Springsteen library.

WHAT MEMORIES!5
This book is superb and transports the reader from the early days (pre-me) through the Born to Run and Darkness tours; through the River tour (where I came in), and then on with Born in the USA, the accoustic tours, reunion shows et al. Great memories.

Bruce Springsteen: On Tour 1968-20055
`Bruce Springsteen: On Tour 1968-2005' is an excellent coffee table format book that explores Springsteen's tour history, accompanied by some incredible photography. The writing style is clear to read and the author has obviously done his research and the photos chart his rise from small club gigs to full out stadium rock fests. This is one of those books that is equally suited to dipping into and flicking about and also reading from cover to cover, although you have to do either from the comfort of your armchair as this is quite a weighty and substantial package! If you're a fan of Bruce and want that deeper insight into his life and music then this is an excellent place to go and comes highly recommended.
