Great Customer Service!
I ordered this plate and got a lovely mug sent in its place! When I rang up the customer services, they were so nice about the whole thing. They said they would send me the plate and I could keep the mug as a Sorry for the inconvenience caused! That sure made my day! The plate was sent to me the next day itself! Both items are lovely and always cheer me up!
