BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I am not going to give another review of this book as I repeat what others above me have said. This was a big disappointment but I am really glad S.Walker, Tess's publisher for her thrillers have put things straight!!! Thank you.
I will now know what to look out for. Apprentice and the Surgeon are fantastic, can she bring out another?????? Let's hope the Bone Garden is as good.

What a waste of time and money
I bought this book on the strength of recent Gerritsen novels.
From the beggining of the book I felt I was reading something from the hand of a lonley lovesick teenager. Cliched dribble from the boring start to the tiresome last pages. There should be laws against misrepresentation in the book world. Don't bother with this book.
Soppy romance
I just couldn't believe I was reading Tess Gerritsen! I just finished the book, or rather turned the pages of the last chapters, as it is so predictable you don't have to read it. I will certainly read reviews here before picking up another book!
