What size do I require?

The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the gym ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:
5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Ball
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Ball
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Ball
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Ball

When purchasing a 66fit Gym Ball, it is important that you select the correct size gym ball for your height. There are 4 different sizes available. The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the gym ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips.

The recommended ball/height size is as follows:

• 45cm – (Red) is recommended for anyone below the height of 5’0/152cm
• 55cm – (Purple) is recommended for anyone between the heights of 5’0" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm
• 65cm – (Silver) is recommended for anyone below the heights of 5’7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm
• 75cm – (Blue) is recommended for anyone over the heights of 6’1"/ 185cm
