Excellent body fat % monitor
I had to purchase a body fat % for my work. I shopped around quite a bit, and this product is really the best. Best design (doesnt require you to take your shoes and socks off and stand on scales) Best price, (other designs worth purchasing are at least £20 more) and most user friendly. All you are required to do is input you height (cm) and your weight (kg) then your age and gender. Within roughly 3 - 7 seconds you have your body fat % and your BMI (body mass index) it also tells you the result of it all (if you are classed as 'normal' or not!).

Having worked with a lot of different electronic body fat % this is in my opinion the best.

not great
easy to use, compact and well made. but so far it has given me a different reading every time i use it (and yes, i am holding it correctly) fluctuating between 22% and 31% body fat in a few hours. maybe i got a duff one.
