Quality well grown shaped tree
I usually purchase bonsai from a reputable bonsai farm and would never consider buying unseen. As I was rushed and it was a gift I thought I would risk Amazon. I was extremely impressed with the specimen I received. I was even tempted to keep it myself. Well shaped, well potted also well packaged and delivered promptly in excellent condition. Thank you.

Christmas present Purchase
Never bought a bonsai tree before. Tree was well shaped and well packaged. The free care guide was one side of A4 notes and very brief.

first time bonsai owner
I would buy off the bonsai store again, on arival i could tell it was a well cared for tree, the soil was moist and there was moss all over the base, i was just worried i would end up killing it. I was at first a little disapointed with the shape but quickly got over it, you are warned this befor buying that the picture isn't nessasarly the same tree. The A4 information sheet gives just the basics, enough information to keep the tree alive. The Bonsai store were very quick and the packaging was secure.
