Brilliant!
I was chuffed to bits when this book arrived, and rightly so! It's completely different to P.s. I love you, but it's still a great book. I was hooked from page one! It was a great book, and I'm so glad I've found Cecelia Ahern, all the books I've read by her so far have been fab! Great author and can't wait to read the rest of her stuff.
Magical...
I borrowed Ps I Love You from a friend and its magic made me want to read more from Cecelia Ahern, this story is so sweet and touching, and i found the format of letters, emails, IM etc very unique, i loved the beginning where rosie and alex are younger and it made me giggle! If you want something magical to read, something you won't be able to put down and something that's a perfect holiday read, this is perfect!
I laughed and cried at the same time, couldn't put it down.
I love this book!!! I have read this a few times and I still laugh and cry. This is, in my opinion, better than P.S. I love you. I thought this book should be made into a film.
Rosie Dunne and Alex Stewart are young school friends who have a very strong friendship bond. But Alex has to move to America with his family just before they finish school. They never get to say goodbye and a life long of emails, IMs, text and letters are exchanged. Growing up apart and realising that maybe, just maybe they have feels for each other that might be more than just friendship. But of course they don't admit it to each other. So a lot of boyfriends, girlfriends, weddings and births happen where some home truths and secrets come out.
The book is written in email, letters etc form and gives both the main characters point of view across brilliantly. You can feel the emotions coming across in the pages and you can't put the book down.
