Strange choice of images
I wanted a traditional advent calendar for our little boy. Silver glitter and no chocolate, just the enjoyment of hunting the numbers and opening the door.

This seemed to fit the bill, but some of the images are a strange choice. A birthday cake, complete with flaming candles. A bucket and spade at the beach. Also, looks a bit dated. The cassette walkman with big headphones became a history lesson.

Delivery time calendar
I liked the design on this calendar and the idea - I also liked the fact it had glitter on. On starting to open doors I found that I preferred the 'outside' illustration to what was inside! The images don't seem much connected with Xmas except that they are presumably the contents of the parcels - i.e. toys. The book with the flowers growing out of it was a little strange as was the plastic blowup saw and hammer!
quite sweet and fun but not my preferred type of artwork - a little too 'chunky' and non-christmassy so will avoid Hans de Beer next yeeer!
