Synopsis
Outrageous horror tale concerning the story of Elmer the Parasite, a strange creature who craves fresh human brains for sustenance. He becomes attached (literally) to Brian, and in return for a euphoria -inducing fluid, Brian promises to help Elmer to procure his favourite appetiser.

Low Budget sick and fun.
Frank Henenlotter is a genius.

His films are basically mad and people should watch them not expecting a serious/big Budget extravaganza.

In short it is about a monster that feeds on peoples brains. It lives in a host who is tanked up on a mysterious drug that takes them an almighty trip. While off there face the monster strikes.

If you like this film watch Basket Case his greatest film.
