Avoid this self promoting nonsense!!!
I read the book & found Andy's style of writing is very annoying, self obsessed & patronising. Plus i also thought in early 2007 that the figures did not stack up (ie rental income would not cover Mortgage payments), now the property stuation is much worse!! I also attended a passive investments info day & got a taster of how it would be like to deal with this company! Andy's partner Greg ran the day & all was fine & jolly while he delivered his patter, but he seemed to view any questions that deviated from the glossy shpeil as a personal attack become very petulant & would put that person down & try to win the argument at all costs, i didn't invest with them!!!

Andy is getting rich, but so am I !!!
I can only comment based on my own experience of Andy Shaw's book and website that I am a member of. I first read the book in Feb 07. Just over one year on I have gone from someone who new NOTHING about property to an investor with over £1,000,000 worth of bricks and mortar using virtually none of my own money.

It is not necessary to join the website as all the information is in the book HOWEVER with any new venture, it's great to meet other people who are also taking new steps plus get professional advice which is exactly what you get from the website. It also provides you with tools to help you work out whether a property is a good deal or not and lots of other tips.

There is a lot of criticism about how Andy Shaw flogs his website through his book as well as the Passive Investment company he has set up. Well, wouldn't you flog them too?

I take my hat off to Andy and his team, he has never denied that he's in this to make money. However, in doing so, he's making me plenty of money too. I thoroughly recommend this book as it will change your life.

Worth every penny
This book will give you a whole new perspective on property. You will never look at property in the same way again!

The book is easy to read and well written. The step-by-step explanations should get you on your way to being a successful property investor in no time.

Consider the money you invest buying this book as an investment in your future prosperity.
