The de facto Kundalini book
This is not only the greatest kundalini book I have read, but it is also the greatest book I have read. It is a work of perfection. Througout, Swami Satyananda gives a wealth of information on Kundlini, the various methods to awaken kundalini, and step by step instructions for the kundalini kriyas (exercises). The final part of the book gives details on scientific research into kundalini and a facinating transcription of a discourse on the subject between several masters. The book is concise, very well designed and most of all very inspiring. Read this book and it will put you squarely on the path of genius.
