Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso - 'Does The Cosmic Sheppard Dream Of Electric Tapirs?' (Space Age)
Ever wonder why Acid Mothers Temple puts out SO many releases? I most certainly have. Best I could possibly come up with is they simply have a lot to say. 'Cosmic Shepard', like most of the the other numerous AMT discs manages to pull the listener(s) right in on the first track. Total of six tracks here with a running time of over 70 minutes. Love the way that a lot of these CD's give you so much music on each disc. Cuts I liked best were "Daddy Bare Meat" (pure psychedelic bliss, here), the quirky "Suzie Sixteen", the 25-minute wailing "Dark Star Blues" and the total tripping 18-minute "Transmigration Of Hop Heads". Don't you just love that song title?
